Family with Young Children
Hotel was clean and the bed was very comfy. The staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast was great. I will definitely come again.

Traveling as Couple
I am handicapped, I have a handicap sticker that allows me to parking in handicap parking spaces. There was a small parking lot immediately in front of the front door of the hotel with 5 parking slots. Three of these reserved parking slot were allocated to the Valet vans, two were allocated for the handicapped, there were 2 cars parked in these slot the whole week end. I had to park a half block away around the opposite side of the hotel. Unless there is a change in the allocations of handicapped parking, it will be a cold day in hell before I go back there. You'd think as large as this hotel was there would be more handicap parking slots, than this. Also there was a covered parking garage,available if you wanted to pay $8 a day to parking in the hotel's covered parking area. I know this is a common practice in the certain parts of the country, but this is the first time I have ever seen in this part of the country. ...read more

The hotel was great. Food was good. Staff was incredible. I saw some room for improvement in cleanliness of the room ( mostly dust).
